gloog gurgle and gulp at 12:56:00 AM

in the drama of my life. hence the lack of updates.

lion dance tomorrow. cant wait. lion dance means another day of perspiration. i love that. good workout plus gets me fired up instead of lazing around.

just finished dinner with BF and bloated like a water balloon.
he keeps feeding me.
two hours after a meal he'll be asking me whether im hungry again or not.
i love food but eating god-knows how many big meals a day is scary. especially when they are all paid for by someone else.

i know i shouldnt be complaining at all. at least he cares. and tries his best to keep up with my life and makes sure i dont starve.
i should appreciate him more. sometimes i think im not good enough for him.

is it even possible? is anyone else in a relationship feeling that way?
that you may not be good enough for him and that he deserves someone better?

he is having a tummy ache now and here i am blogging.

i really would go over his place trying to nurse him instead of blogging.
but we are not at that stage yet plus his parents dont like people visiting. and i keep telling myself soon. we are taking things a step at a time.

anyway, for the past few days... ...

my first time watching a getai performance.

and i actually enjoyed it.

its like a concert, only more chinese-ey. with dialects and all. and at under-blocks.

didnt quite understand most of the jokes on stage but the singers were good.

old and as young as Primary 6. which is like what, 13 years old?

i wish i had that much funk in me for stage performances.

i get stage fright.

i dont enjoy people staring or looking at me.

bumped into Mei Lin at Mac before that. Got some update about Gee Gee, an old schoolmate.

this year is a huge year of change. everything up and going and more things different.

01092007 Saturday
seventh month prayers. the ghost month that is.
the troupe had this praying deck fixed up. buffet, buckets of the 8 items for the month's blessings and those sort.

met up with BF for lunch first before joining them. Friday night was spent guarding the deck. technically only Ah Liang and Ah Bao looked after it. (BF and i sort of hanged around at a nearby void deck. sorry, guys for ditching you. ) lucky me got to sleep while they chiong through the tireless day.

stood in for Fon again today and got this really really nice cabby on my way back.

i was on my way to Nelson's Bar at Sembawang and i cabbed there from Sembawang MRT.
never mind that he took a wrong turn. he drove me there, and when i changed my mind of going, he drove me back to Yishun. i was asking him to drop me off at Sembawang instead because i didnt have enough for the ride.

he decline and said he didnt mind driving me home.

total meter fare: $10.80

total paid by me: $5.00

is he nice or what.

an almost free ride.
